Exchange Policy

At Level TL (PTY) LTD (Reg. No. 2023/175114/07), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your product, we offer an exchange option under the conditions outlined below.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• The product must be in its original packaging.
• A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
• The item requested in exchange must be of equal or lesser value. If the exchange item is of higher value, the difference must be paid.

Items Eligible for Exchange

The following items may be exchanged:

• Unopened paint cans (standard colours only)
• Painting accessories and tools (unused and in original packaging)
• Faulty or defective products (may be exchanged or refunded at your preference)

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

• Custom-mixed or specially ordered paint colours
• Opened paint cans
• Clearance or sale items
• Gift cards
• Products returned after the 14-day exchange period

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at info@leveltl.co.za or 087 255 3148 within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
3. We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions for returning the item.
4. Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to our address.
5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange within 5–7 business days.

Shipping for Exchanges

You are responsible for the return shipping costs for exchanges. If the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item we sent, we will cover the return shipping costs.
