At Level TL (PTY) LTD (Reg. No. 2023/175114/07), customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we accept returns and process refunds for products purchased from our store.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging with all seals intact.
• You must provide a proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
• Custom-mixed paint colours and special-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Non-returnable items:

• Custom-mixed or specially ordered paint colours
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software or digital products
• Hazardous materials or flammable liquids that have been opened

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

• Items with obvious signs of use that are not due to our error
• Items returned without original packaging or with missing parts
• Items damaged due to reasons not attributable to Level TL (PTY) LTD (Reg. No. 2023/175114/07)
• Returns received after the 30-day period but within 45 days of delivery

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@leveltl.co.za or 087 255 3148. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
